$139 - $169 Residential HVAC Systems FREE Carbon Monoxide Testing with Winter Inspection Our Annual Maintenance Agreement (AMA) includes 2 home visits annually, with a comprehensive inspection of all functional components, and 10% OFF repairs of the covered equipment for the life of the contract. Spring/Summer Clean outdoor condenser coils, sanitize indoor evaporator coils, blow out condensate drains, check refrigerant, electrical connections, amperage draws, lubricate blower and condenser motors as needed. Fall/Winter Test carbon monoxide levels in gas heating system and water heater. Plus, check the heat exchanger, burners, venting, blower and blower motor. Commercial agreements with filter changing service also available. |
